Arts x Beats Oulu – International Art Fair

Arts x Beats Oulu is an international art fair and a mini festival celebrating the creative diversity of Oulu. It brings together artists, makers, performers, musicians and the audience for a day where you can discover art, meet the people behind it, try something yourself and stay for the music.
The program is divided into two parts.
From 14:00 to 18:00, the fair is focused on families and children, with creative workshops, short lessons, and activities where kids and adults can make and experiment together.
From 18:00 to 22:00, the atmosphere shifts towards adults, with contemporary performances, arts and crafts, live music and DJs. The fair turns into a more relaxed evening gathering.
Artists are invited to introduce their work, sell their art, build visibility and networks, and share their creative skills with the audience. Visitors can discover new artists, purchase art and, most importantly, become part of the creative process.

15:30 - onwards. Uli Artworks - Printmaking workshops with a 3D-printed tiny printing press.
18:00 - 18:45 - Fashion Show by HeybeautyCollections.
16:00 - onwards. HeybeautyCollections - Clothes and jewellery for sale. Earrings and headbands making workshops.
16:00 - onwards. Pasha Paw - Walk-in Photosessions.
17:00 - 20:00. Trupti - Mehendi and Henna workshops.
18:00 - 22:00. Mariia Poluianova - Handmade crafts for sale, customised decorations creation.
18:30 - 22:00. Peetu Pulkkinen - Tarot reading.
19:00 - 22:00 - Dancing Vibes.
19:00 - 20:30. Chimanda - Latin and Afro rhythms with Electronic energy.
20:30 - 22:00. Hiekkatiikeri - SWANA sounds. Bold, sensual and genre-fluid.
Zestii Kitchens Oulu is supporting the event with a cosy kahvila, artisan roasted coffee by «Industrial Strength Coffee», and tasty bakes to suit all diets!
The program might include some additional surprise activities and workshops :)

We are looking for artists, makers and creatives to join Arts x Beats Oulu!
We are looking for people who want to do more than just display and sell their work. We want to give visitors a chance to meet artists, learn something new and become part of the creative process.
You can take part with a mini workshop, short lesson, creative demonstration, art co-creation or another activity where visitors can try, make and experiment with you. At the same time, you are more than welcome to sell your arts and crafts!
The program has two parts: 14:00–18:00 is dedicated to families and children, with activities suitable for different ages. From 18:00–22:00, the program shifts towards adults, with contemporary art, performances, music, DJs, arts and crafts and creative activities.
You are encouraged to collect a small fee for your participatory activities!
